Quail Hollow Residents

If you live in or near the Quail Hollow area, you may experience low water pressure or no water between 8am and noon next week (Dec 5 through Dec 9).  Crews are scheduled to work on 66th West Avenue for the Bridge 280 project.  Thank you for your patience.

PSN App may incorrectly show zero balance

We have received several calls concerned about the PSN App showing a zero balance due on customer accounts.  We contacted PSN and they are working to resolve this issue.  Below is a screenshot example:

Repairs are underway

Repairs are underway to fix a leak that caused low pressure West of Skiatook as early as Sunday morning. Crews are hoping to keep most customers online while they work to make repairs. However, you may continue to experience low water pressure while the leak is being fixed. Water will be restored as soon as possible.

Bills mailed 7/5, due 7/19

Some of our customers with accounts that begin 20 still haven't received their bill that was mailed July 5th. We have spoken to the post office and they are looking into it. Bills are due by the 19th of the month, even if you do not receive your statement. Please, come by the office or call 918-396-2552, and we can take your payment or advise of the balance due on the account.

Line Break Notice

Customers North of HWY20 in the area of Javine, County Road, and Lombard could be experiencing low water pressure or no water. This is due to a distribution line being hit. Crews are out working to restore service. Please call our office at 918-396-2552 for further information.

Outage 12/8/15

You may be experiencing low water pressure or no water at all. The City of Skiatook has a leak on their main distribution line. This is affecting RWD #15 customers. Everyone is working to restore water in a timely manner. If you have any question please call our office at 918-396-2552.
