Important Notice: In June 2012, the secondary disinfectant in the City of Tulsa water will be changing from chlorine to chloramines. This change is intended to benefit customers by reducing the levels of disinfection byproducts (DBPs) in the system, while still providing protection from waterborne disease.

Osage County RWD #15 purchases water from both the City of Tulsa and the Town of Skiatook. Once the City of Tulsa conversion takes place, you may receive water that is treated by the City of Tulsa and we want you to be aware of the change in their water treatment process.

Before water can be used in kidney dialysis machines or in aquariums or fish ponds, chloramines, like chlorine, must be removed.  To view this information, please click here.
